When I booked my tickets it clearly stated 30KG baggage allowance. Once the tickets were processed my itinerary stated 25KG. The only thing Student Universe has over STA Travel is better customer service. 5 hours to connect with a representative at STA Travel. An immediate connection with Student Universe if you use the Live Chat option on their website's classic version. So you can buy the cheap tickets.
I have DM'ed both their Facebook and Twitter accounts and have not received any response. SHADY business practices Received 2 x $179 flight credits due to a flight cancellation over Christmas. Attempted to rebook for March 2021 for a flight which was of lower value (looking myself on the StudentUniverse website and Virgin directly).
